It's not everyday an extreme introvert with social anxiety climbs to one of the top ranks of a network marketing company like Young Living.

How in the world did this happen?

Well, that's a very good question!

After my youngest son was born, my marriage hit a VERY rocky patch. I was looking at potentially having to leave and take my boys with me.

This was a terrifying prospect. Because at that time, I wasn’t making my own money.

I was on sabbatical from my health coaching business while tending to a toddler + a newborn... and my income was ZERO.

So, when I thought about having to leave my marriage… I felt trapped. I didn’t feel like I could make that decision because I had no money of my own.

I hated that feeling of being trapped. I felt very vulnerable and anxious. I kept looking for a solution.

I swore I would find a way to make my OWN way in life, so I could make decisions based on what I desire, not what I can afford.

I knew I would find a way to become financially independent.

But I had no idea how I would make that happen!

I knew I didn’t want to go back to corporate America (that would have killed my soul).

I knew I didn’t want to go back to health coaching (I’d have to put the boys in daycare to do that).

So I patiently asked the universe to present

a different solution for me.

I had NO idea what it would be. I didn’t know anything else.

I couldn’t see anything else. It was an unknown.

But I knew it would come.

And it did. I found Young Living.

Young Living has a very generous compensation plan that gives you ways to earn a little extra (or a lot extra) cash in multiple ways!

Every customer has their own referral link. You can send your link to a friend, they shop on the YL site using your link, and you earn 50% commission, minimum.

Want to build a business? There are several bonuses (like the 50% Fast Start bonus in Month 1 and the 25% bonuses in Months 2 + 3) as well as longer-term commissions and leadership bonuses. The more you share the more you earn!

Do I need sales experience?

No, the beauty of the Young Living biz is that it's so easy to share. You have a custom referral link that anyone can shop from. Most of us (myself included) swore we'd never share Young Living with anyone else... but when people started asking us what products were using, it was super easy to just send them our link and help people get going.

Do I need to buy a bunch of product for inventory?

No. If someone wants to order product, you'll just send them your referral link. Young Living takes care of the inventory, payments and shipping for you.

Do I need to hit a sales quota every month?

No.

Will I need to spam my family + friends?

No. I'm not a fan of spamming anyone or forcing someone to buy something they don't want. I consider myself a problem solver + a solution provider for my community!

Do I need to have experience in wellness or essential oils to do well?

No, you can just share your personal stories and experiences with the products. If you want to share wellness info, our team has a lot of classes + education you can leverage.

Do I have to give up my job or put my kids in daycare so I can build my Young Living business?

No, this business is very flexible. Most of us build it AROUND our families and jobs.
